Sara Lignoski - Legal Assistant
The majority of my work is in relation to guardianship and conservatorship matters at the Kile Law Firm. I assist our clients in a variety of ways including helping them understand the processes, time frames and general expectations. I also work with clients in transferring their guardianships and/or conservatorships here to Arizona or another state within the US. Additionally, I work with many clients who have a loved one who was injured in an accident and are pursuing Court approval of a settlement. I enjoy talking to current and potential clients, getting to know them, and understanding the circumstances that caused them to need the help of our firm. It can be a very stressful process and I do my best to listen and provide a calm voice during a difficult time. It is amazing to me to see how kind and considerate our clients are even in the face of adversity. I truly feel honored to be able to work with the great families we serve.
I also have the pleasure of assisting the firm in our marketing efforts. I’ve helped create and continue to maintain our firm’s website while also focusing my efforts on keeping our social media platforms fresh and interesting; I believe it’s a major key in staying at the forefront of our audience. I am actively posting on all social media platforms, managing on our YouTube channel, adding to our firm’s weekly updates and assisting in the coordination of the firm’s webinars.
I graduated from Arizona State University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a social science focus. GO DEVILS! My prior experience in the legal field includes 6 years of working for a criminal defense attorney in Scottsdale, Arizona. I joined the firm on July 15, 2019 and to say I have experienced a new culture coming to the firm is an understatement! I also held a marketing and executive assistant position at a private charter school in Mesa, Arizona which has allowed me to heavily assist in our current marketing endeavors.
I really enjoy the ability to interact with both potential and current clients. The team at the firm is very supportive and we all work toward the common goal of being responsive to our clients’ needs.
